Ambrosia Clusters

IT’S STRAWBERRY SEASON🍓🍓🍓
It’s finally strawberry season and the perfect time to make the viral yoghurt clusters. I’ve given these clusters an ambrosia twist, using Raglan Coconut Yoghurt, vegan dandies marshmallows and shredded coconut.

AMBROSIA CHOC CLUSTERS:
Ingredients:
Filling:
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
½ cup greek coconut yoghurt @raglanfoodco
½ cup vegan marshmallows @mydandies
¼ cup shredded coconut
Dash of maple syrup
1 block of dark chocolate
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Coconut sprinkled on top

Method:
1. Mix together all filling ingredients in a small bowl and scoop onto a lined tray.
2. Pop in the freezer to set for 10 minutes while you melt together the chocolate and coconut oil.
3. Dip the frozen yoghurt berry clusters in melted chocolate and pop in the fridge to set for 20 mins.
Store in the fridge until consumed!
