Vegan Coconut Raspberry Waffles

Coconut Raspberry Waffles! πŸ’• While I usually reserve my frozen berries for smoothies, this week, I'm taking it up a notch with some delectable vegan waffles. Trust me, there's nothing quite like the joy of starting your Sunday with a plateful of Coconut Raspberry Waffles. It's a sweet and satisfying way to make those cosy mornings even more enjoyable. Save the recipe below to make these at home!

VEGAN RASPBERRY WAFFLES:
Ingredients:
2 cups white flour
1 tsp baking soda

2 cups oat milk
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 cup frozen @sujonberries Raspberries

Method:
1. Soft all dry ingredients together.
2. Mix all wet ingredients together.
3. Combine wet ingredients with dry, mixing well. Add frozen raspberries.
4. Heat a waffle maker with a knob of vegan butter.
5. Cook waffles until golden.
6. Serve with coconut yoghurt, raspberries and maple syrup.
