WHITE CHOC PISTACHIO BARK RECIPE
Ingredients:
200g vegan white chocolate
1 tsp matcha
1/3 cup pistachos, chopped

Method:
1. Melt white chocolate on a double boiler on the stove.
2. Drizzle onto a baking paper lined tray, leaving 1 Tbsp in the bowl.
3. In the remaining white choc, whisk 1 tsp matcha powder. Once smooth, drizzle on the white chocolate.
4. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top and set in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Crack into bite-sized pieces.
